Preventive Cleaning at Newton Police Department

Earlier this week, members of our team were thrilled to conduct a preventive disinfecting cleaning job at the Newton Police Department. First responders are as essential as ever, so we always take pride in helping them keep their environment as clean and safe as possible. 

2020 Christmas Party

2020 was a year that tested everyone's mental and physical fortitude. At SERVPRO, we got through the year by working together as a team and never giving up. With 2020 behind us, we are eager to see what 2021 has in store. 

To close 2020, we held our annual Christmas dinner, albeit in a new and different location than last years hotel ball room. While making it as safe and socially distanced as possible, we enjoyed a handful of cornhole games and Chinese food.

The storm that most of Massachusetts experience Wednesday did not last long, but it was potent. Thousands of homes lost power and there were an abundance of fallen trees and wires. Waltham Evening of Thanks

This Friday 11/22/19, join our SERVPRO Marketing Manager Tammi Kibler in “An Evening of Thanks”. This event will be held at 230 Third Avenue, in Waltham at 5:30 p.m. This event includes a Thanksgiving dinner, guest speaker and prayers of thanks for the Waltham Community. The event committee is deeply grateful for the support of Boston Properties, which is providing our dinner and venue for this event. This event is also hosted by the Waltham Chamber of Commerce.

Halloween in the park is an event happening in the Waltham community Saturday 10/26/19 from 2 to 8 P.M. Admission is free to the public and games, snacks and inflatables will be on hand.

Lexington Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament 2018

For the second year in a row, Mother Nature was not cooperative with the Lexington Chamber of Commerce (LCC) Annual Golf Tournament. Despite steady rain and temperatures in the fifties, our marketers remained upbeat. Any day on the golf course beats a day in the office, right?

We introduced our SERVPRO cornhole boards by offering a sleeve of golf balls to anyone who could sink their first two tosses. LCC Executive Director Molyna Richards was our first contestant, and she showed everyone how it is done. 

Here's hoping we have earned sunshine for next year's tournament.

Bedford Summer Walkabout 2018

We had a great time at the 2018 Summer Walkabout! Residents of all ages met police and fire personnel, listened to a concert by the Party Band, and participated in a variety of activities with local organizations.

Thanks to Recreation, Economic Development, and Healthy Bedford and the Bedford Chamber of Commerce for planning and promoting this event. 

2017 Goddard School Trunk or Treat

The weather was perfect for Trunk or Treat this year. We set up in the Whole Foods in Bedford, Mass. at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 27. No rain, little wind, and mild temperatures made for a pleasant event for all. Considering the rain on Thursday and the storm that blew through on Sunday, we were very lucky.

John Arria, sales and marketing representative for Lexington, Bedford, and Lincoln, charmed everyone with his Waldo costume.

We decorated the truck with a graveyard scene. We have been participating in this event for several years, so we have plenty of decorations. Kids especially enjoy our dancing skeletons and screeching bat.

2016 Trunk or Treat

This year we switched up from our usual coffin theme and decided to go with an insane asylum. Unfortunately due to bad weather we were not able to join the Bedford Trunk or Treat but owner Steve, job file coordinator Blake and crew chief Alan had lots of fun in the office. 

Dry out in Virginia Beach

Down in Virginia Beach we were able to help families tear out and dry out their homes and businesses. In this home we removed 4 feet of lower walls throughout the home, affected cabinets and vanities as well as their laminate flooring. With 20 fans and 2 dehumidifiers in place we were able to dry it out in 4 days.

CAI-NE Event 2015

SERVPRO of Lexington-Bedford attended the Annual CAI-NE Expo on 10/24/2015. It was a wonderful event hosted by this fantastic organization. SERVPRO had their own spinning wheel where everyone walked away a winner. We gave away a grand prize drawing of Opening Game Celtics tickets to Craddock Cove Associate Suzanne Ezekiel.
