Furnace Malfunction in Concord, MA

SERVPRO responded to an occupied single family residence built in 1939 for a soot damage in which the cause of loss was a furnace malfunction. The soot affected the structure and contents throughout the residence. The furnace of course had to be repaired prior to our beginning the cleaning.

Soot gets everywhere and it has to be thoroughly cleaned if you want the best results! Sometimes a room has to be cleaned more than one just to make sure all the cracks and crevices have been cleaned out. Even if it may not be visible to the eye, if left long enough it can collect overtime and become a bigger hassle.

We were at this customer's property for a little less than a month and when they returned they felt as if their home was theirs again.
