Sewage Back up at Edinburg Center property
The Edinburg Center has been a customer of SERVPRO of Lexington/Bedford for around 5 years, so whenever they have an issue they know who to call to make it "Like it never even happened."
SERVPRO responded to an occupied single family residence built in 1911 for a sewer damage in which the cause of loss was a toilet and bathtub overflow. The water affected the tile flooring, and lower tile walls in the bathroom. The sewage also affected the vinyl tile flooring in the basement. SERVPRO extracted the standing water, and then cleaned the toilet, toilet seat and bathtub. SERVPRO then clean the tile and vinyl tile flooring using pressure steam. A botanical anti-microbial was applied to all affected building material. All services were performed by IICRC certified technicians in accordance to the IICRC S500 standard.
