Mold Remediation of Basement

SERVPRO of Lexington-Bedford responded to this Lexington home who had 3 rooms in their basement that were affected by mold due to a previous water damage that was not remediated properly. There were many contents that were unsalvageable and we unfortunately had to throw them away per the policyholder's permission. 

The two rooms that had carpet flooring were most affected forcing SERVPRO of Lexington-Bedford to remove the whole carpet flooring, affected baseboards and affected lower walls. After the basement was successfully dried out, our crews applied a plant based anti-microbial to stop the mold from coming back and then cleaned all floorings throughout the basement.
