Hot Water Heater Bursts in Framingham, MA

This is the cause of loss, a hot water heater tank that burst to cause the basement to flood.

It was Monday evening around 7pm and I was just about to sit down to eat dinner with my wife when my phone rang. Working for a company that has 24/7 emergency response services means I should answer my phone whenever possible. Sure enough, it was a gentleman who was having a bad night.
